Designed with 36 rooms accommodating around 72 people, the resort combines simplicity, functionality, and comfort while embedding the built form into a lush landscape.

The planning places a pool at the heart of the site, ensuring that every room enjoys views of both the central water body and the surrounding greenery. A staggered elevation gives rhythm to the façade and guarantees openness, while shaded balconies extend living areas outward, offering private yet connected outdoor spaces.
Landscape incorporation is central to the design, with skylit landscape courts that allow plants to thrive naturally. This creates a sense of continuity between the architecture and its natural environment, softening the resort’s geometry with vibrant greenery.
An example of modern architecture, the resort has been designed with a minimal use of materials to maintain clarity and simplicity. The raw concrete wall finish lends a sense of permanence, while the clear glazed facade dissolves boundaries between interior and exterior. Raw wooden textures bring warmth, grounding the otherwise stark material palette in tactile comfort.
Natural ventilation and abundant daylight define the interiors, ensuring every space feels fresh and breathable. The material honesty and minimalism, combined with the pool, greenery, and open balconies, create a serene and modern retreat that embodies both leisure and design refinement.
The Green Valley Resort exemplifies a modern architectural approach—minimal in materials, rich in experience. With its balance of concrete, glass, and wood, together with thoughtful landscape integration, the project offers a resort environment that is simple, sustainable, and deeply connected to nature.
